The Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ALEAP), a flagship initiative of the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police, invites law enforcement professionals, public safety leaders, researchers, and industry experts to submit proposals to speak at the 2025 ALEAP Conference.

Submit Speaker and Presentation Proposals

Topics of Interest

We welcome presentations that offer actionable insights, share success stories, or introduce innovations aligned with ALEAP’s mission. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:

Accreditation best practices and strategies
Policy development and compliance
Risk management and liability reduction
Community engagement and transparency
Leadership and ethics in policing
Use of technology in standards implementation
Data-driven decision-making and performance metrics

Session Formats

45-minute breakout sessions (including Q&A)
Panel discussions
Interactive workshops

Submission Guidelines

Please submit your proposal by June 1, 2025. Each submission should include:

Speaker name(s), title(s), and agency/organization
Session title and abstract (150–250 words)
Learning objectives (3–4 bullet points)
Speaker bio(s) (100–150 words)
Preferred session format

Important Dates

Submission Deadline: June 1, 2025
Selected Speakers Notified: June 20, 2025
Conference Date: September 23 – 25, 2025
