Dr. Jim DeLung

Dr. Jim DeLung serves as a Police Administrator for the Prescott Police Department acting as the Director of the Prescott Regional Communications Center (PRCC). The PRCC is the regional 9-1-1 and dispatch center for 4 police and 4 fire departments serving over 450 square miles.
With over 20 years of law enforcement experience, he is honorably retired from the Phoenix Police Department. Jim is an international public speaker, author, and he continues to train police leaders across the USA and Canada.
Jim has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a master’s degree in Education, and a doctorate in Business Administration with emphasis in Organizational Leadership. His dissertation, an Examination of Factors for Workplace Satisfaction of Millennial-aged Police Officers was inducted in the U.S. Library of Congress. He is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Prescott and the Prescott High School Key Club mentor.
